How this game works
A fictional 24-hour home, using SizeSolar’s energy model. Each panel is 450 W. The home uses 11.6 kWh a day, including a 2 kWh washing cycle. The battery keeps a 20% reserve and starts with no usable charge. Clouds reduce the example sunlight to 55%. Conversion and storage lose energy; the grid covers any shortfall. No exports or power cuts are simulated. This teaches energy timing, not the size, cost or savings of a real system.
