- Supplier information: For users registered as suppliers, we collect details of the products created and the locations entered. This information, including locations, will be publicly displayed on the Application map to facilitate user engagement and business transactions.
- Geolocation information: We use your IP address to determine your geographic location (country, region, and city) to provide location-specific features such as suggesting appropriate currency settings. This information is processed through Vercel's geolocation capabilities and is not stored permanently unless you choose to save your preferences.
- Usage information: We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to collect information on how you use our Application, including pages visited, actions taken, and devices used, via cookies and other tracking technologies.
- Hotjar: Upon acceptance of cookies, we use Hotjar to collect detailed analytics on user interaction, behaviour, clicks, and heatmaps. This information helps us enhance the user experience and is collected through cookies and tracking technologies, with provisions for user opt-out.
- Deleted project information: When you delete a project, we retain certain information about the deleted project for auditing purposes. This includes the project name, deletion date, and the ID of the user who deleted the project.

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and personalise our Application. This includes using contact information to communicate updates, utilising usage and behaviour analytics to optimise our service, displaying supplier information for business engagement, and maintaining an audit log of deleted projects for data integrity and compliance purposes.

For deleted projects, we keep a limited set of information in our audit log. This information is retained for a period of time consistent with our legal and operational requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. While you can delete your projects, please note that certain information about deleted projects will be retained in our audit log as described above. If you have concerns about this retained information, please contact us.
